After an oil change at walmart and white smoke coming out the exhaust everytime I start my vehicle, i was told my vehicle has an oil leak. I took it to nissan las cruces to get a full inspection done and a quote. I then brought it here because my sons dad said they were a great shop for a full diagnostic and to fix the oil leak and a few other cosmetic things like door seals, window sprayers and locks. I contacted your company to inquire about the paint protection film listed on your website, but I was met with an unprofessional and RUDE response from April, who abruptly told me you do not offer PPF despite it being listed online. If this service is not available, I believe it should be promptly removed from your website to avoid misleading customers and ensure better communication.
This place is full of kind and helpful people. My car broke down and they immediately helped me. The lady at the front desk was so kind and welcoming and had a great attitude. They fixed the problem the same day and I was back on the road immediately.
My husband and I came into town visiting the park and were in desperate need of a repair at the last minute. Luckily, this shop was open on Saturday, and we caught them before closing. Everyone was very friendly and offered quality service. They even stayed a little after hours to ensure the work was done, which we greatly appreciated!
My son needed help with his truck, 1 Stop, (has a great crew.) And Managment is awesome ...Thank you all.
