I had a very bad experience purchasing a 2013 Ford Fusion. Not long after I got the car, the transmission went out, and there were multiple warning lights constantly showing on the dashboard. It was unreliable and clearly had serious issues that should have been addressed before being sold. When I tried to resolve the situation, instead of giving me a refund, the dealership put the same car back on the market and refused to return my money.
