Mike's punctuality, professionalism, and his comprehensive knowledge of the equipment we use every day are very impressive. In fact, if your fridge or washing mashing breaks down, then in my opinion, there's is only one expert to call..........Mike at 1 step applience.

Mike is awesome! He’s quick to respond, he’s courteous, and very knowledgeable about what he’s doing. AND, he saved me a call to a plumber! He has now helped me with my garbage disposal and washing machine.

I rarely post reviews and even rarer do I post a positive experience but my experience with Mike swayed me to leave this. Great communication prior to the appointment, showed up exactly when he said he would, most importantly he was extremely honest. Mike explained everything clearly and even provided me with some future advice for continued use of my existing washer or if I chose to replace it. If you are looking for someone who you can completely trust and wont take advantage of you, look no further.
