I had a great experience with this company! We had an emergency during the middle of the night with a busted pipe, And Lisa picked up the phone at 4 AM On a Sunday morning To get us taken care of, with a commercial dehumidifier as well as A big fan to help dry out the basement. Would highly recommend them!
Lisa at 1Source did a phenomenal job of getting our tenant in our Class A office building equipped with multiple portable A/C units. She got here in the morning and we had the units by the time the work day ended. It was a seamless process.
We had an HVAC emergency out our property with a medical tenant. Lisa had been amazing to work with to provide a solution. The response was quick. We were able to provide a solution for the tenants the next day. We will use 1 source in the future for our temporary air solutions.
