I needed a new roller for my Rainbow vacuum cleaner. The woman there wouldn't even let me leave the roller there without leaving her $25 cash, I wasn't carrying any cash and they don't take cards, for a deposit on a part she wasn't even sure her husband get. He was out of the office and apparently the only one who knows how to look up parts. I try to shop locally, but when you run into experiences like this it makes it hard.
