Installation only took one day and the owner answered all my questions with no hesitation. They even came back out to my home the next day to check to see how everything was working. After seeing what 1 source was able to do, I know that my previous unit was not installed correctly and short cuts were taken. I’m not really one to leave reviews, but when it comes to 1Source HVAC and Electrical I decided that I needed to share my GREAT experience! Not long after calling Mr. Kent, he showed up ready to help fix the problems my AC was having. Living in Louisiana during the summer months, no one wants to go without an air conditioner for any amount of time; luckily I didn’t have to! Kent was always on time and repaired any issues in a timely manner. He even had a part overnighted. His maintenance contract is super affordable and worth the peace of mind to have all our units serviced twice a year.
