So this company was sent out through my home warranty which was American Home Shield. I just canceled them after 20 years. I believe they were sold to another company and the company that owns it now or working with some shady contractors . 1 Source Heating and Cooling came out October 16th to service my furnace, it took them 2 and 1/2 weeks to send the diagnosis in to American Home shield, only for them to not approve my service request . Needs a zero star button. This company is unprofessional, does hold true to said obligations and is uneducated. This company replaced my ac unit, the ac starts randomly shutting off. I had a different company to come service the ac. The company stated the ac unit is too big for my current furnace so my Home warranty hooked me back up with 1source. 1 source says that issue is impossible (completely not accurate) 1 source was also aware of all said details from the previous tech before they arrived and refuses to look into the... read more
Great experience. My AC went out 3 days before I had an out of the country vacation planned. When i called they set up an appointment the next day. Technician came out early and had to battle the rain but still managed to replace a part. Was extremely nice and helpful.
I gave 1 star for the technician. Because he was nice. If I could have put 0, I definitely would have. This company was sent to service my air conditioning system by my "scam warranty company". I waited from Monday, June 24th until the evening of Friday, June 28th for a diagnosis of the problem. They put in a diagnosis of "not normal wear and tear " on a 43 year old unit. I was blown away. I then spoke with one of their "receptionist" who told me that, "the home warranty asks for that so they can deny my claim". Which is fin... read more
