So this company was sent out through my home warranty which was American Home Shield. I just canceled them after 20 years. I believe they were sold to another company and the company that owns it now or working with some shady contractors . 1 Source Heating and Cooling came out October 16th to service my furnace, it took them 2 and 1/2 weeks to send the diagnosis in to American Home shield, only for them to not approve my service request .
