Extremely unprofessional conduct. Projects are rushed to installation, and once completed, there is zero responsibility taken for the system. I do not recommend Haris and Muhammad.
Hesham, the previous engineer, was competent and honest. Since Haris and Muhammad took over the engineering work, the company has gone downhill - completely irresponsible and with zero technical knowledge.
The engineering work is handled by third-party individuals who have zero knowledge of solar systems and are simply trying to make money by misleading people.
Be cautious and do not provide any deposit for the work. It would be safer to work with a reputable company; I'm sure there are many reliable ones available.
