Doctor Yia is a great doctor but, MICHELLE the representative that answered the phone when I was calling the office regarding a prescription was the rudest representative I've gotten in a very long time. She was unreluctant to properly assist me when I simply asked for the office's fax number. First, she said the number at 100 mph then when I asked for her to slowly repeat the number, she said it obnoxiously slow. I hope she gets fired because it is obvious that she hates to do her job. 0/10 experience with Michelle.

If you have real medical issues like I do, prohealth is a failing health system. Every doctor must fit in x amount of patients a day. That means they just don't have time for your failing health. Since I've entered this system, I just haven't been feeling well. I ended up having to self diagnose. Without a medical degree this took me 8 mos, its probably been closer to a year.
