I am having a horrible experience with this office. I am new here as my original pediatricians office closed very quickly over Christmas. This office does not have a direct line, it’s very challenging to get a same day appointment and worst of all I am still waiting for them to complete a medical note for my child so that he can return to school. This review is regarding an Urgent Care visit. The first issue is that they closed a number of facilities in Queens & Nassau. To save time, I used the website to schedule a time. When we arrived for the visit, I was told that we didn't have an appointment for Saturday but we had an appointment for next Saturday. When I went into the portal, I did see that the default appointment date was for next Saturday. Dr. Justin Chen was thorough when he did a physical check to determine the cause of my Nay’s hip pain. What I appreciate the most is that, like my PCP, Dr. Chen himself called twice to share the blood test results. He added tests for iron, B12 and vitamin D levels after ruling out rhabdomyolysis from the first set of tests.
