Got my first car here (used 2020 Subura Impreza), and it was a great experience! The salesman Richard is truly the Yoda of cars salesmen who was super knowledgable with his years of experience, and took time to follow up with me afterwards to ensure I was satisfied. Considering how crazy the car market is, this is a good place to look.
To say I am disappointed would be a complete understatement. Their technicians can’t even provide reports of the so called “top-notch” inspections they do on your car before selling it to you (unless the manager, Alex Smith, didn’t even take the time to look it up.) Within the first 4 months of owning my vehicle, the battery is completely dead? After being told I needed to take it to a specific jeep dealership to run a diagnostic on the car, they still did not offer any support to an issue that shouldn’t have happened after ... read more
Great service.
Purchased a GMC, Returned it 2 days later due to powerband not being smooth. When we picked up our original vehicle, They only returned 1 key and claimed that i "just didnt give them 2 keys" as the manager said and basically refused to make us a second key even though i gave 2. Wife also had an expired license, They did not allow us to get the car at first because of so, Then suddenly allowed us to purchase the vehicle with the expired license. Against PA law
