Hired this company for multiple projects in my home and they were unable to install bathtub fixtures. They claimed wall was “too thick” for the fixtures I purchased, offered too buy new ones but was told that would not resolve the issue and “extensions” were needed and could be ordered. Two months later they finally informed me that they could not complete the job. Owner stated several times he would send me a partial refund check but I received no refund.
