I had an estimate done on October 1 and requested quotes for multiple jobs. Unfortunately, I only received a quote for one of them — replacing a drain, overflow plate, and faucet — which they quoted at $450. Despite following up three separate times, I never received the remaining quotes. I kept getting excuses and delays, and eventually asked for a refund since they charged me $98 upfront but never completed the job of providing a full estimate. Joe and his team have always been very efficient and timely. They always do an excellent job and stand by their work. We had them do the entire plumbing in our new house and I would always highly recommend them.

I called and left a message twice.And no one ever returned my call. Hal's plumbing was very responsive, Hal called me back the same day and was able to get the work done, The same day

Called for well pump repair. Joe was honest and a great guy, did not know how to fix the issue. Still charged $96 for the call. Would not recommend for well pump repair. It would be better to call a well & pump company.
