My water pump on my 2020 silverado 1500 went bad and started to chew up my serpentine belt, serendipitously I ended up close to #1 Performance Automotive, Phillip got me in same day and was able to diagnose and get parts super quick! Super nice attitude and kept me informed through the whole process, got me up and rolling the very next day! Super grateful he was able to help me out in such a short time! If I lived closer I'd go to him regularly, maybe I'll break down at the Loves again someday lol

I have been to a lot of auto mechanics in my years and no one has ever treated me like Phil. Installed harmonic balancer on my corvette and did a fantastic job. There were some challenges and Phil involved me on every decision, notified me of any expense, and with the car on the lift showed me first hand everything being done then followed up to make sure everything was ok after it was done and gone a few weeks. Good man out to treat people right.
