Al, and 1% Lists were amazing with the sale of my home! House went under contract in 6 days. Al was extremely professional, kept me up to date every step of the process and made sure I knew what was going on at any point. It was a difficult situation due to the circumstances around the sale, and Al dealt with every issue that came up- and there were many- better than I could have ever expected! 10/10, would highly recommend. I will definitely use 1% Lists again in the future!

Al was available at all times of the day and even offered his expert advice while on vacation. We could not be more pleased and excited and would highly recommend Al and his team.
