Seems to be a long standing theme of poor business practices with this place. I purchased under their "carnival source" website and they shipped 12 of my 30 items ordered (sold as a 1 unit of 30 pieces) and told me their warehouse said that was all they had. First of all, no call and no email? They just sent it and with only days till my 4 year olds party said they cant ship the rest, however, their website shows 136 units available... that's 4080 pieces they say is missing or an error in their inventory. I placed an order on August 2, 2016. The order shipped. Two days later I get a call from them saying they instructed UPS to send shipment back to them since they supposedly had already sold these items to someone else. Sounded like a big lie. When I asked to make it up to me by sending me another similar Item, I was ignored. I asked again and was ignored again. I hate writing bad reviews, but these jokers deserve it.
