Reasonable pricing in comparing with others. Had a couple repair issues which were immediately fix.

Matthew has been taking care of our family for almost 15 years. The properties are always very clean and ready for us to kick back and relax. We have stayed at the cottages and several of the houses over the years and have always had great experiences. Matthew is a local and he knows the island well. The rentals are first class. Clean and well furnished with nicely stocked kitchens. Deck over looking beach access. Matthew and staff are top notch. Have 6 years wonderful experience with 1 of a Kind.
