Hello Nextdoorland, I'm sharing my experiences with my roofer , 1 OAK REMODELING. Outstanding communication and customer service. Our roof had a leak, and considering that we don't have any rain in the forecast , these roofers are hungry, However, you must still do your due diligence and check reviews. I'm writing this review to support "1 Oak Remodeling". Especially many thanks to Joshua who made this journey to a beautiful memory for us. He guided us breath by breath as he was always available to us on site and phone. We hired Joshua to build an ADU (garage to ADU conversion) and remodeling of the main house. 1 Oak did a whole house re-pipe, rewire, retrofitted old windows, kitchen and two bath remodeling.
