Horrible! They did not complete my roof to code, they charged for materials that were never installed ,water block/ underlayment, vents. They didn’t use the required number of fasteners for the TPO, this is caused big bubbles in my roof. it doesn’t even touch the roof deck. I have filed a small claims case. They have 3 different Business names. Lookup corporate business.
A complete resheet and rerof done in two days at a great price was very happy

After 20 plus years of cold winters and hot summers it was time for a roof replacement and minor repairs to the wooden deck cover, once again #1 Northwest Inc. came to the rescue with an excellent bid, quality workmanship and a fun crew with exceptional work ethics.
Me and my wife have been living in our house for five years not able to enjoy our patio, till I came across these awesome people. Ruby and the gang here are very knowledgeable at what they do. They are very quick as well and have great quality of work. Highly recommended from the hoomans and the four legged family members.
