Transportation from a rehabilitation facility was set up through this company for my elderly father. They charged him $130 for a one-way transport of 10 miles to the hospital for his appointment. That is robbery!!! No less, the driver literally dumped him into a chair at the hospital lobby without getting him any sort of help. He sat alone and afraid until someone noticed him in the corner and stepped in. That is a completely unacceptable way to treat a customer, let alone an elderly and disabled person!! Never picked up my mom to go the hospital for surgery! Missed her surgery she was waiting for weeks! and when called to see where they were or if they were coming always went to voicemail. Can not trust they will pick you up ! Awful!
