Never picked up my mom to go the hospital for surgery! Missed her surgery she was waiting for weeks! and when called to see where they were or if they were coming always went to voicemail. Can not trust they will pick you up ! Awful!

Van #16 just cut me off on 36 as I was getting ready to exit at 61. Rather than slow down and get behind me, he flew around me and swerved, cutting me off. I wouldn't call them if you're looking for transportation., just saying....

My twin sister uses this service at least twice a week for doctor visits. David is always on time and very courteous. The entire staff is excellent. They are very kind to my sister in accommodating her handicap needs. If I could give 6 stars, I would. Definitely an excellent, trustworthy mode of transportation.
