THIS PLACE SUCKS!! not only was the man rude as hell, they were switching back and forth using an electric nail file...that's disgusting. they have been using that same one for a long time on who knows how many people. they would use it on my nails then he would pass it and she would use it on another woman's. you never feel welcome here and they aren't good at what they do. horrible horrible.

Attention to all # 1 nails & Spa customers: if you want to continue to support the nails technicians who have no licenses are currently working at this nails salon and also collect badgercare, foodshare, cash for daycare and who knows what. you should think about those things before walking into this nails salon

I frequented this nail salon since it has opened. I was a loyal customer. After making and appointment and then showing up 3 minutes late, they did half the job, then told me to come back a different day to finish up because they had other appointments that day. I walked out and had to get my nails done somewhere else. I will never go back. Their staff are rude, and the quality as went downhill. They are more about getting money than keeping customers.
