The people here were very nice, but I will not be coming back here. My nails are so uneven, the paint isn't to the edge and the nail polish is kind of bubbled on one of them. Only thing saving my nails is this awesome color. Three stars because the people were great. Otherwise the nails are not where I would like them to be.

I stopped in for a gel manicure earlier today. The shop was quiet. The owner took me right away. The finished product was lousy. I had one nail that was screaming to be filed and he did not file that fingernail or any of my fingernails. The color application was ok, although now I am noticing he did not clean up my cuticles. I felt for the price cuticle care was included. I doubt I will return here since I was rather dissatisfied. Guaranteed my next service will be at the salon I prefer near my job site in Rocky Hill CT.

BE WARNED: If you are going here, try to book an appointment with one of the parents (they do fine work). I went in this time and a young girl did my mani-pedi. She kept making comments about how the color I chose was a weird "off" color. I asked for chrome nails for the mani, and she said she could do them. She cut my skin till it bled. When it was time to do the chrome powder, she said it was too lumpy. She took it off with acetone straight into my bleeding fingertips. She started laughing, saying it was so bad. This was my 2nd visit to this nail spa. Was not busy at all and they took in 2 pedicures. I noticed after my pedicure was completed, that they are not sanitizing the equipment they use for pedicures. Just went from one customer to the next. They also did not know prices of the pedicures or what each level offered. It was very odd. The mother is very nice but I won't be returning until its cleaned up. To add, the pedicures came out very good but took 2 hours to complete.
