I too found Tracer to be unreliable. Never knew when he'd show up. He himself told me he was incompetent. The one small project I hired him for he completed and did ok, but we planned more work. He said he'd pick supplies from Home Depot, didn't. Tried to have them delivered to his place. He still has the "wrong" toilet he did get delivered to his house. Can't give him a positive review.

Tracer scammed me out off $800.00 never showed up when he said he would it would be days before I heard from or even saw him never kept his word about what he was going to accomplish. When I confronted him about things he got defensive and would swear at me FBomb. He is crooked I wouldn’t recommend him to change a tire. Beware of this guy he’s shady.

Very pleased with his responsiveness and professionalism. He communicated well and also was very honest. He came out, started the job, called with an update and gave options. He did the work and found the core of the issue could be addressed with the builder, which I did. He charged me for the work he did and less than what was quoted because I got the builder to address the defective door. I appreciate his honesty and will hire him again for work. Scammed me out of $580. Started a job in Payson and never went back to finish. I trusted Tracer and he ripped me off. Do not trust this man. He hasn't returned my texts or phone calls. He's MIA. I don't understand how people can be this way?
