This is the first gym I have ever felt comfortable working out in and I have stayed here for 10 years. It’s the instructors and members that welcome you where you are and push you to achieve new levels of fitness. The variety of class formats and teaching styles is appreciated.
I love working out at 1 more rep! The classes are at a great time for my work schedule and the community is encouraging and fun. The instructors are helpful but they push me to go harder which is what I need during a workout!
