My personal opinion, best gym in Cairns, full range of machines all of great quality, large selection of free weights with a nice amount of benches to use, squat and power racks and cables machines. Rarely have to wait to get your workout in as you do in other gyms. Enough machines hitting different body parts to always keep you occupied. It’s always clean, great atmosphere / vibes and from my experiences always friendly / welcoming staff. 5/5

Mixed Experience at 1 Million Strong – Honest Review I'll start with the positives. The gym equipment is generally decent. They offer some niche machines like the machine lateral raise, which is a nice touch. However, they're missing some essential pieces, like the seated hamstring curl. $50 non refundable for key pass. You must be signed up for a minimum of 4 weeks so yes there are hidden fees and an unofficial contract ... 2 stairs masters, also not very big space.

I like it ...the equipment is good showers for men can be an issue when it's crowded I have had to wait a few times, plus need more hooks especially in the showers as at the moment I have to hide my stuff and leave it out on a small bench at the mercy of anyone who wants to have a quick look

Excellent gym all round, well maintained gear, and a good variety, always clean toilets and surrounds, positive & friendly staff that run a tidy ship, Simon & team are always willing to help with a smile, & the members are respectful also, a highly recommended gym imo. Thx 1mil
