this system is amazing! I never knew how many different ways we would use it to keep up with inventory .
Sometimes its hard to find a good vendor that truley wants to be a partner. 1micro is absoultley one of those vendors that understands thier customers and wants to address your needs. We have two systems and just added a third at a second location.
As a whole, the 1Micro Electronic Key Control system has worked well for our dealership. We presently use 7 of their key kiosks in our 3 sales and service departments (Buick/GMC, KIA and Subaru). As with any electronics, we have had our occasional issues, breakdowns, etc. but 1Micro support has always been great to work with and resolve the issues. Good response to answer my calls, and they work on it until the problem is solved. Would I recommend their key control system? I would.
Amazing technology on this machine ! I have zero complaints and could not ask for better service.
