Garage felt secure, but gaining access late in the evening was not easy. The building that grants access to the garage has a scanner that was not working to open the door. Assistance through a call from the machine was quick, although hard to understand.
RATE RESETS AT 6AM. Was $79.20 for ONE DAY of overnight parking.
Got charged $93 for 2 nights. Definitely should have gotten out of my car to check out the fine print. Thats my fault.
Deceptive pricing. Avoid unless you booked online. Find parking elsewhere
I purchased the monthly pass and expected to receive an email with a QR code to get in or a physical rfid device… received neither and had to waste time explaining the situation to a remote support at the gate. Pass was supposed to be activate at 12am this morning. I tried to leave at 6am.
