I had a nightmare experience with "#1 housecleaner." Lena, the worker and operator of this business, showed up to evaluate my rental property, which is a small 850 sq ft residential home. I told her that I wanted the entire home thoroughly cleaned including the windows, bathroom, oven, range, kitchen sinks just to name a few. She told me the house "did not look bad" and that she would not only thoroughly clean the entire house (including all of the appliances like oven and range) but even the outside windows as a bonus.
