When eco-friendly is used to maximise profits and charge insane prices that aren’t transparent/visible to the customer. I’ve stayed in this hotel many times and for the first time, I didn’t have a bottle of water in my room after check-in. I saw it was replaced by the bottle that I’ve put in the picture assuming they wanted to reduce waste. But no.. 60$ charged for the bottle upon checkout. Loved my stay at 1 Hotel LA! The décor is beautiful, especially the carved wood details and natural vibe. The room was big, the bed super comfy, and valet parking made things easy. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Definitely a stylish spot if you want a luxury stay in West Hollywood.

I had such an exceptional experience at this hotel. It was my first time in California and this will be the only place I stay anytime I come back. King was staple of my poolside relaxation and his efforts a consistent reminder of the resort’s desire to make guests feel relaxed and at home. Our go-to concierge Geraldine was a shark when it came to curating our food/entertainment experience and if she couldnt make it happen i doubt anyone else could.
