Planned an event at the 1 Hotel last weekend. The staff and banquet team was amazing to work with. Especially Mikey Burgoyne on sales and catering. The rooms were very nice and comfortable to sleep in and breakfast was amazing. Thanks to the hotel staff for all of their help in planning a memorable event.
My stay was brief but very enjoyable. Check in was very pleasant. My room wasn't ready, and I was instructed that a text would be sent when it was complete so I took a seat at the bar. The bartender prepared my dirty kettle perfectly. The front desk clerk located me and personally brought me my room key. The room itself was just delightful ... full of amenities. I love that this hotel is environmentally concerned, recycling what can be ... even clothing. I would definitely stay again!
Terrible service, horrible breakfast, everything is scarce, cold milk, few slices of bread, no cream cheese. Most days we are hungry because they do not replace the things that run out, dirty rooms, dirty bathroom and toilet, the room and hallways smell really bad, room keys do not work well, no MIRROR, dark, smelly sheets. the pool area with mattresses thrown outside. GYM DOES NOT WORK like they said it would, closed pool, THEY DO NOT CLEAN THE ROOM, they just come in and put other towels, the bed was never made, trash was ... read more
we’ve just arrived for a birthday and have been blown away by the staff! Adam at the front desk was wonderful during check in and they just brought up an adorable birthday cake courtesy of the hotel. We’re so excited about the stay! Highly recommend.
