I scheduled an oil change on Tuesday for what I was told would be this Friday. I confirmed the the day over the phone, and the employee clearly said “Friday.” I left work today and showed up for my appointment—only to be told it was actually scheduled for next Friday. I’m heading out of town tomorrow and urgently needed this service. I’ve trusted Gerald’s with my oil changes for a long time, but this level of miscommunication and inconvenience is unacceptable. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
Price is right but one of my tire studs and one of my lug nuts were stripped during installation. I don't know how it happened but I'm most bothered that i wasn't told about it. I found the lug nut on my windshield! That's how i found out there was a problem.
This is a review for the mechanic by the name of Reid , after checking into the office I briefly asked him if could take a look at my tire to see if it was repairable , after further consideration we found out it was not repairable , I asked him to put on my spare tire , with no labor cost Or wages involved Reid Put on my spare tire within five minutes.
Been going to Gerald’s for 20 years! Gerald’s is a comforting, reliable, excellent place you know you can always go when you need help! They’re courteous, knowledgeable, and get you fixed up fast! So happy to have them in our area and I’ll continue to be a life-long customer!
