Please be careful if you are doing work here, I was told that I was given an alignment but really all they did was drive it around back for a couple hours and the repair ended up taking two days longer than I was told and failed a year later while sensor issues persisted that year.

I took my Mazda 3 to 1 Fine Auto today as my car was making a lot of noise while driving. I had to hard stop near the Winchester high school before picking up my daughter since a policeman had flashing lights and basically cut me off on a one-way street. After that incident, the noise started. I was worried it was a damaged axel. Thankfully 1 Fine Auto was nearby and I met Jim who was very nice. Owners beware I had my brakes done here and after 2 weeks the brakes started squeaking and e brake wasn’t adjusted correctly causing more problems . I asked them to replace the brake fluids which was not done but of course they changed me for it. It has been a headache dealing with them and they’ll tell you that they use quality parts but they don’t. I usually get 2 to 3 years out of brakes (rotors and pads all around ) that were done in the past. This brake job only lasted 8 months and is now going to cost a considerably mo... read more
