Somehow managed to fry my motherboard when I brought my laptop in to have the keyboard replaced. The owner then proceeded to blame me for frying it saying that "they never even turned it on" and even though I was very calm in arguing with them, they threatened to call the police on me if I didn't leave and refused to pay for the damages to my laptop.
