Absolutely horrible experience (not just this time but the last two visits). We didn’t leave a review the first time, but we’re including it here as well. (If you also received a horrible experience here- HIGHLY RECOMMEND VW MOON.) This most recent visit was so bad we couldn’t even get the service done. The folks at the Cochran VW Service Dept. have saved me on many occasions over the years and I completely trust them to give a fair estimate and thorough service. Brian, Mike, and George are awesome! I especially like the videos that George sends out when the car is raised up and he can provide his evaluation in real time. Very cool!

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. They sold me a lemon VW last year and ignored my calls under the initial warranty. I now have to take it somewhere else and spend thousands of dollars on a fix that should've been taken care of before I bought it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE OR YOU WILL LOSE IT ALL.
I bought a tiguan2022 and the air conditioner broke down twice in the past two years. The engine leaked oil. I went to the store several times and they told me it was normal. They didn't fix it until I discovered the problem myself. I bought a repair kit worth 4,000 US dollars, but they still charged me. My money, I paid 2,000 US dollars to repair my car in the past two years, don’t come here to buy a car
