Five star service at VW North Hills. Listen, no one likes to have to spend money on car repairs, but the workers really make the experience enjoyable. There’s a comfortable, quiet, waiting area with complimentary coffee and TV. Even having my two small children with me was a breeze because they had cartoons on tv and table space to color. Craig is always so accommodating. He tells me what needs to be done and executes. He and the team are beyond nice. They care about the company AND my wallet. It really is an amazing experience each time. A gentleman drove me home and he was so sweet. I learned about out of state radio AND a great "diner" 🤣.
