General speaking good, sales personal in my experience great, most of the service agents are excellent but one, not bad but no great, technicians very explanatory, general speaking great dealership.

I would not recommend Cochran Volkswagen North Hills to any female seeking warranty service. The windshield wipers on my 2024 Taos were malfunctioning and would activate while the switch was OFF, even when there was no rain. At my initial visit, I was told they were "working as designed". At another visit, I was told the problem was caused by my EZPass. Five star service at VW North Hills. Listen, no one likes to have to spend money on car repairs, but the workers really make the experience enjoyable. There’s a comfortable, quiet, waiting area with complimentary coffee and TV. Even having my two small children with me was a breeze because they had cartoons on tv and table space to color. The workers go above and beyond to make the experience transparent and pleasant. I appreciate the complimentary car washes and pulling my car right out front/ escorting me to my vehicle. Craig is always so accommodating. He tells me what needs to be done and executes. He and the team are beyond nice. They care about the company AND my wallet. It really is an amazing experience each time. A gentleman drove me home and he was so sweet. I learned about out of state radio AND a great "diner" 🤣.
