So far I have had four oil change and tore rotations here. All four times have taken hours past the scheduled time. One time they actually sent me home in an Uber due to the long wait.
Had my Subaru serviced. Great customer service and communication. Highly recommend
First time there with no appointment and I left very pleased. Customer service was great, staff very friendly. It was pretty busy, but I only waited for like an hour. They did tire rotation, oil change & filter. Good prices to and they clean the cars at the machine after they done.
I really appreciate the service team at Cochran, they were very diligent with us. Special shout out to Austin, he is very patient and great with customers. I dropped the ball and took a while to get back to him on making payment - totally my fault. He accepted my apology but was extremely kind about it. I will be referring my friends and family to work with Austin in the future. Thank you.
