They are honest and upfront about the cost. Service at a dealership won't be the cheapest, but they went out of their way to diagnose and see what could be covered by extended warranty provided by the manufacturer, and open to discuss the best option to fix it at lowest out-of-pocket cost. They are trustworthy people to discuss with to make informed decision about how to address the issue. Thanks Austin and Drew for the great job and ethics.
