I really appreciate the service team at Cochran, they were very diligent with us. Special shout out to Austin, he is very patient and great with customers. I dropped the ball and took a while to get back to him on making payment - totally my fault. He accepted my apology but was extremely kind about it. I will be referring my friends and family to work with Austin in the future. Thank you.
My experience was terrible, down right awful 😖! The service department lied or acted like they didn't know anything. I showed them proof they had previously told me the car needed lower control bushings. I took it in today and not only did they say they could not duplicate the problem, the service advisor then said that the previous advisor that found the mechanical issue is no longer working there and for good reason.
