I recently purchased a new Subaru Crosstrek Premium here, and the process was fast and smooth. James M was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, and Kris K was excellent to work with on financing. Overall, it was a great car buying experience.
Previous customers but will not return. Was there on 8/28/25 and was told that they no longer deal with credit unions and financing because they had trouble with some credit unions during Covid. My credit union has over 68,000 members.

We had such a great experience with Brandon today! He made the car buying experience so quick and easy, and we could really tell that he wanted to get us a great deal. As sad as it is to say, it’s hard to find trust worthy people to work with nowadays, but we felt like we were in great hands the entire time and had no doubts about the information that was given to us. We look forward to working with him again in the future!
The website shows the service center is open until 6pm. I went for a tire rotation and oil change at 4:05, since they’ve always had the express lane. There were no other cars waiting. They proceeded to inform me they won’t accept anyone after 4pm and turned me away. I have owned several Subarus, but live 30 minutes away and will never return to this dealership. Hope the 5 minutes was worth it. Kenny Ross in north Huntington will take oil changes up to an hour before close!
