I had the best experience with Ty purchasing my forester! I had about a year left on my VW lease, eager to get out of it early my husband and I stopped at this dealership to shop a couple cars we liked and Ty met us at the lot he let us test drive them alone and after test driving about 3 cars we sat down to go over numbers and decided that day wasn’t the right time. not great. never can get someone to answer the phone for appointments. Then when I wanted to talk to someone in service, the phone rang and rang. no one answered. the sales guy said he would make sure my call was answered. Rang 20 times. I finally gave up. Talked to my sales guy and complained without a return phone call. What is going on at Subaru the "number 1" ????????? Give me a break. My honda dealership outshines them everytime. I recently purchased a new Subaru Crosstrek Premium here, and the process was fast and smooth. James M was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, and Kris K was excellent to work with on financing. Overall, it was a great car buying experience.
Previous customers but will not return. Was there on 8/28/25 and was told that they no longer deal with credit unions and financing because they had trouble with some credit unions during Covid. My credit union has over 68,000 members.
