Purchased a new 2026 Subaru Forrester Hybrid. Mike T. Was my salesperson, polite, friendly, knowledgeable, low pressure sales techniques which is how to approach me. Offered extras like extended warranty because he is required to do so. I explained I was there to buy a car, not extras and he respected that and kept the sales pitch short. Nice, clean and up to date dealsrship.
Lot of pressure, Told them I was going through my bank they kept on about getting me a better rate. I said no I'm fine with my bank. That was a Saturday afternoon. They finally have me the info on the car I picked. Went to my bank monday, called them Monday afternoon, said I would be over with the check. They said sorry we sold the car. Then said " well you didn't leave any money to hold it", they never gave me that option. Then said , " well if you didn't go to your bank you would have the car".
