They made the whole process easy! I had to make a new account and schedule an appointment and the lady on the phone walked me through it. When I arrived they were quick with my service and gave me updates through it!
Had the fuel pump on my car replaced only for it to start acting weird again. I had to pay $1000 for map cleaning/spark/plugs and a oil change only for it to happen agaij. Shoddy work.

Schedule an oil change a week ago. Arrived at the dealership at 9:25 for a 9:30 appointment. I was told by the TWO people working behind the desk that there was only ONE mechanic today and they were running late. Finally took my car in at 10:50. To add insult to injury, after I paid my $86 for an oil change, I asked for the car wash coupon. The lady said that they ran out of them so I couldn’t have one. I won’t be going back there again. And if you’re thinking of doing it, I say think twice or be prepared to sit and wait.
I have never had a negative experience coming to this dealership to not only buy vehicles but to get them fixed and maintained properly. The representative Sarah and Samantha the greet you are very knowledgeable friendly and helpful.
