Schedule an oil change a week ago. Arrived at the dealership at 9:25 for a 9:30 appointment. I was told by the TWO people working behind the desk that there was only ONE mechanic today and they were running late. Finally took my car in at 10:50. To add insult to injury, after I paid my $86 for an oil change, I asked for the car wash coupon. The lady said that they ran out of them so I couldn’t have one. I won’t be going back there again. And if you’re thinking of doing it, I say think twice or be prepared to sit and wait.
I have never had a negative experience coming to this dealership to not only buy vehicles but to get them fixed and maintained properly. The representative Sarah and Samantha the greet you are very knowledgeable friendly and helpful.
They asked me about 22k to replace my car engine while my car worth 20k lol, the engine check like code for missing fire 😁😁
Some of the staff is extremely rude
Best place to service your vehicle. They do pretty good inspection and oil change. 100% recommend!!
