Everyone is very polite
Brought my infiniti in for a broken sunroof motor, broken ac, and a check engine light, was promised that it would be stored indoors as the sunroof wouldn't close but it was left out in the rain for 3 days, they wiped down the center console and front seats ignoring the back seats and floor entirely leaving it absolutely reeking of mildew and left debris(leaves and sticks) all over the back seats and floor. DIDN'T FIX ANYTHING!!! Then charged me double the price of my warranty repairs for "diagnostic fees" and gave me vouche... read more

Very good experience! Contacted them from far out of state about a vehicle. Worked with Jaize & Andru to get the details and financing in order on a Friday afternoon. I had the vehicle keys within 24hrs. Everything was ready when I arrived. They were patient and accommodating as we had traveled all night to receive the vehicle! Very pleased with the pricing, the purchase process, and both employees!
