Brought my 2018 Mazda CX-5 into service for a 90,000 mile scheduled maintenance and since my car has over 95,000 miles on it, I did not want to pay a lot of money if my car needed a lot of things done to it. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great experience, bought two cars from Rommanda and Christin! I've bought two cars from Rommanda and her manager Christin, and both experiences were great. My English isn't very good, but they were both super patient and explained everything clearly. Each time we spent about 3 hours going through all the details, and I never felt rushed. If you're looking for a dealership that actually cares about their customers, this is the place. Highly recommend!
This was my first time at Cochran Mazda, and Donald made the whole experience really smooth. He walked me through the oil change, cabin filter replacement, and emissions inspection with clear explanations and no pressure. Even with how busy it was, he kept things moving and made sure I knew what was going on. Service was quick, straightforward, and done right. I’ll definitely be coming back.
Come here for oil changes and etc. Donald always does a good job explaining things and holding it down in the front when it’s busy and always running around.
