Great buying experience her for my daughters car. Richard Perez our sales person and the entire dealership was friendly and extremely helpful
I brought my car to the service department today and asked them about checking my car because the check engine light was coming on. I also explained I am from out of state and would appreciate it if they could get it in fairly quickly as I needed to return home. The service rep told me the soonest they could look at it would be in the middle of September. It's August 9th and he said that with a straight face. Ridiculous
They can’t do the simplest things like schedule an appointment or call a customer back.
