There was a safety recall on our Ford escape that should’ve been caught at the prior dealership multiple times prior to my purchasing it. when the vehicle would not run I called Butler County Ford. They took us right away. I explained to them it’s my daughter’s car and they fixed it on the spot. Had it back to me within an hour truly amazing customer service.
Bobby and the team at Cochran Ford always take great care of my vehicle.
