By far the worst dealership, I have ever dealt with. So my husband bought his truck there, when I called Friday to make an appointment the lady tried to tell me they have no record of the vehicle. And that they had open books, I could just give the information to her. Well I called back, got a different lady. Also couldn’t find any record even with the vin. My ‘21 Explorer had a recall. I was unaware. John Henne called, to make me aware and schedule the service. He even coordinated a ride to work, from the appt for me. Tyler Trimbur was my advisor. He was awesome at keeping me informed and that I might be responsible for some out of pocket expenses for my exhaust. Brett Green got involved to make sure everything went smoothly. I got my vehicle back next day, with nothing out of pocket. Thank you John, Tyler, and Brett for keeping my family safe and the smooth service

Service department kept constant communication while diagnosing my issues. Ordered parts had quick turn around time and vehicle came back correct and spotless!
