Extremely disappointed on price of a simple rear brake pad replacement on my Ford F150. $500,00 for brake pads,and a $450,00 labor charge. I will not be back there to service or purchase another vehicle. BYE BYE BYE!
I bought a brand new 2020 Chrysler Pacifica from Cochran Chrysler, and less than six months later the cruise control stopped working. I took it to the Service Center and they said they were unable to fix it, waiting on some sort of advice from Chrysler on how to do so. Weeks later, my cruise control still does not work, and they still say they can't fix it. I don't know if this is a Cochran problem or a Chrysler problem, either way, I'd do business elsewhere.
