When I dropped off my vehicle, my instructions were very clear. I had already taken my vehicle to another Chevrolet dealership, where the problem had been diagnosed. I left the paperwork from that dealership inside my vehicle and wrote on the key drop-off envelope that I wanted that specific issue repaired. I needed to know what my easy care warranty covered. Gavin the sales manager helped me find the information and then turned me over to his tech Russ who went above and beyond. Not only did he fix my car but cautioned me on replacing my tires which he didn't have to do. So thank you #1 Cochran Chevrolet Cranberry your team of people are amazing!

I was having a radio issue, couldn't change the channel or when remote start no radio at all, there was an update that was needed, they updated the software, radio seems to be working good now... all covered under manufacturers warranty and did not have to pay deductible.. Thank You
