I took my vehicle in because the entertainment screen said "update failed, see dealer to restore system." I was told by the dealership the battery likely died during the install and that's what caused the update not to go through. They then told me they tested the battery, it was "low," and needed replaced. I declined having the battery replaced when they told me the cost to do so was $450.
