Went to the certified used part of Cochran and meet Tim Grubbs he was nice. We went on many test drives and I told him my budget of 25k out the door and I wanted to pay cash. Me and my wife went with my 3 kids and I asked a question he didn’t have the answer too the manager came out and looked me up and down. I went into the dealership looking to purchase a vehicle and to do research on a vehicle. I met with a salesman who was very knowledgeable and respectful. Based on his being a newer salesman, he had to get his manager to review and make sure the sales process went smoothly (perfectly understandable). The sales manager Brian came into the room and was very arrogant. He tried to extort my pain points after fact-finding (understandable on a sale and sign of a salesman). Talked to a salesman and made an appointment to look at a truck. Drove 90 miles and the manager took it camping and the salesman wasn’t on site either. Save yourself the aggravation.
