Worst service department ever. I took my vehicle to #1 Cochran Cadillac about 2 1/2 weeks ago. (Brian Downs) the service advisor was very rude when I walked in. Didn't pay it attention because I needed my car fixed. I felt like it was at the best place being that I have a 2010 Cadillac escalade.
