We just had our Hvac installed a few days ago. We live in NL and the weather here is unpredictable. We had very cold temperatures and the heat was wonderful. The staff at 1Click were very helpful especially Adrianna, she helped me with all the paperwork to get my rebate. If you need help call her and she will help with all your questions . Cecil was the installer and his team were very professional. I am so pleased to have this unit. I live in Clarenville, NL A5A1A1.
The Specialist who assisted me when I called in, Dylan, was extremely knowledgeable, being able to walk me through how to most efficiently and effectively install the ductless system throughout my home (3,000 sqft and not open concept) even though I had areas where I had been told by others there was no place to put a unit in that area, simply by suggesting we go with a floor mount unit. He priced me a specific set up that I otherwise would not find on the 1Click website due to the size of my home. Very fair priced and their... read more
