Great service done by Sara! Efficient, professional, quick and kind : -contacted us 30min before her arrival -went over pricing before starting -laid down a carpet to protect the floors -was very attentive in cleaning all 25 air ducts If you have a baby/animals/hearing sensitivity, it’s a bit noisy so prepare accordingly but most definitely recommend getting this done once every 3-5 years (especially if you have animals). Après 5 annulations de leur part, si c'est moi qui aurait annulé j'ai du payer pour l'annulation. A chaque fois j'ai posé mon vendredi après-midi. Et quand il me redonne des rendez-vous je suis jamais en premier dans les dates. En plus quand je te a parlé avec un superviseur il ou elle est en réunion il ou elle peut pas répondre. Je trouve ça pas très professionnel surtout quand c'est la compagnie qui est fautif. Il ou elle aurait tu m'appelle au lieu que c'est une employée qui l'a fait.
