Au téléphone, pour mon condo, on me donne le prix de 299$ (je suis éligible à un "rabais" etc).Le technicien arrive chez moi me dit que finalllement le prix est de 599$ parce qu'il savait pas que j'étais un condo (quand c'était clair que c'était un condo)... RDV à 10h, finallement, le technicien arrive à 7h30.
Alex and Frank did incredible work on our incredibly neglected systems. They were very respectful of our house and our newly refinished floors. Their price was incredibly fair and they were very upfront with the cost of everything. We had no surprises which is always appreciated! We will definitely be going back here in 3 years for the next cleaning! Thanks guys!
Great service, on time. Just purchased a 50 year old barn house. Ducts were never cleaned and according to Alex and Frank, makes their top 5 of dirtiest they’ve seen. The team took their time (and extra actually given their condition) to explain and thoroughly clean the entire system. We have no hesitation in recommending this crew. Take a look at the before and after pictures. Happy that my family can “breath” easier tonight.
Joe and Sarah were fantastic and highly professional. The cost was totally fair, and they were fast and efficient. We tried to clean the ducts ourselves with an Amazon tool that broke off and got stuff. Sarah, up the ladder - 30 feet - was fearlessly able to remove it as well as the birds nests clogging the duct. Cannot recommend enough!
Copying my review from the Ottawa location to here as this is the branch of 1Clean Air that I hired. ..1Clean Air in Montreal recently cleaned my ducts and dryer vent; I was completely happy with the service, from the first phone call to completion of the job. I was particularly impressed by the professionalism and courteousness of the team that did the work - they did a great job. Thank you!
