Unfortunately, this time I had a horrible experience. The lady working was very unpleasant. She had a scowl on her face the entire time. I asked if I could please have certain bills, and she rudely said "like what"? I asked if I may get 12 $100 bills. She actually said "that ain't happening, so get over it". I couldn't believe it. I received outstanding service when I cashed my check. America, the lady who helped me, went above and beyond. I am truly appreciative and I will ALWAYS cash my checks there.
I walked in to cash my Income tax check it was very clean and comfortable. She was very pleasant behind the counter. Ask me how my day was had very good conversation. She was very polite. I recommend anyone to come here and it didn’t take more than 10 minutes.
I’ve had to cash my check here twice now & the lady was very helpful and sweet ! I won’t go any where else . Plus it’s only 1%
I needed to cash a $1k personal check. New to the area. A website they usually use was down but they kept trying different ways until they were able to cash it. It took awhile but I appreciate their determination to help me, going the extra mile. And you cannot beat their low fee!
