Had high hopes but don't go after 5pm they really should change their hours. Was told need my social drove home went back got there at 5:09pm told me they couldn't do it.... waste of gas an time they said everything was done for the day.
*make sure to read the entire post. I received outstanding service when I cashed my check. America, the lady who helped me, went above and beyond. I was truly appreciative. Unfortunately, this time I had a horrible experience. The lady working was very unpleasant. She had a scowl on her face the entire time. I asked if I could please have certain bills, and she rudely said "like what"? I asked if I may get 12 $100 bills. She actually said "that ain't happening, so get over it". I couldn't believe it. I received outstanding service when I cashed my check. America, the lady who helped me, went above and beyond. I am truly appreciative and I will ALWAYS cash my checks there.
I walked in to cash my Income tax check it was very clean and comfortable. She was very pleasant behind the counter. Ask me how my day was had very good conversation. She was very polite. I recommend anyone to come here and it didn’t take more than 10 minutes.
I’ve had to cash my check here twice now & the lady was very helpful and sweet ! I won’t go any where else . Plus it’s only 1%
