Had my male cat neutered at 1 cat inc. called because he was straining to urinate she said for heaven sakes and hung up. Then called back saying the don't spay or neuter on Thursdays. I have the proof in texts and the paperwork for the neutering. She clearly doesn't care about the cats she spays and neuters or recalls when spay and neuter days are. The clinic at 1 cat inc.
