Sean was on time had everything and ready to go he was on point with the estimate which turned out to be perfect and he got everything knocked out professionally, and I was simply amazed that how quickly and knowledgeable he was at everything. Thank you once again for coming out and knock it out that AC and the thermostat.
Called to schedule service. I was told to bring my RV to him at 9am on Tuesday for repair work. I did, and he was not there. When I called, he said he forgot, but I could drop it off and he would call me later in the morning when he got back to the shop. No call all day. I called the next morning, no response. I finally drove there and arrived at 11 and his only excuse was he's busy being a one man show. I hooked up to my RV and I'm taking it anywhere but here.
Shawn was on top of everything that needed fixing! Got it done and was very professional and right on time! Highly recommend 1 Call RV Services.
